Manager Development
Challenge
ASICS had already invested in high-quality content from a vendor. However, the program was not being completed, and engagement remained low across regions. With varying schedules, time zones, and operational demands, managers were not progressing through the material. The development need was clear, but the existing setup wasn’t generating the intended level of uptake.
Expertise Providded
I used LNA (Learning Needs Analysis) to identify real barriers, then applied learning experience design to build a simple activation journey (timelines, buddies, nudges) around the existing course.
Facilitated bi-weekly reflection sessions to turn theory into practice and added light behavioural design to maintain momentum.
Engaged senior leaders and used pulse feedback for continuous improvement.
Impact
The activation journey increased completion rate to 95% and boosted satisfaction from to 9.5. Managers reported greater confidence and faster application of leadership skills, HRBPs began nominating participants again, and ASICS was able to maximise the impact of its existing learning investment without purchasing new content.

Essential Self-Leadership Workshops
Challenge:
Access to high-quality leadership development is often limited to senior leaders, leaving many aspiring and new managers without the practical skills needed to lead people with clarity, confidence, and empathy. Yet early-stage managers are the ones who need these skills the most. There was a clear gap: no accessible, community-based learning spaces where emerging leaders could practise essential leadership behaviours, share real experiences, and build the foundational skills that shape effective leadership early on.
Expertise Provided
To address this need, I designed a practical, early-manager Leadership Skills Workshop Series focused on three high-demand capabilities:
Neuroscience of Motivation
Boundaries & Priorities
Art of Mattering: How to give meaningful feedback
I developed the end-to-end concept: the learning objectives, workshop flow, session materials, poster designs, peer-learning structure, and promotion strategy. I built the program as a pilot-ready concept intended for community spaces, coworking hubs, or organisations looking for accessible early-leadership development.
The design blends evidence-based leadership tools with reflective exercises and peer discussions that encourage connection, shared learning, and immediate real-world application.
Impact
The concept received strong interest from early-career professionals and managers seeking practical, human-centered development. Several organisations expressed interest in adapting it for internal use, and the program is now ready for pilot delivery.
This work demonstrates how leadership development can be made accessible, simple, and impactful, especially for those at the beginning of their leadership journey.
Mindfulness and Wellbeing
Experiential Learning
Background:
In 2022, I founded a small wellbeing-focused company called Social Yoga Club with the aim of building a community and connecting like-minded people who wanted to grow, learn, and meet others in a meaningful way. I designed and facilitated a series of experiential wellbeing programs bringing together breathwork, mindfulness, reflective learning, and physical practices. These sessions combined movement with cognitive reflection, allowing participants to explore focus, attention, resilience, and emotional regulation in a practical, embodied way.
Expertise Provided
I designed and facilitated 3-4 hour structured learning experiences for groups of 20–40 participants, creating complete learning flows that included theory, guided practice, reflective prompts, and connection-building activities. Each programme blended teaching, experiential exercises, and social interaction to reinforce learning and strengthen community. I collaborated closely with yoga studios, padel clubs, and wellness practitioners to ensure high-quality delivery and a supportive environment for participants.
Impact
The workshops consistently received positive feedback, with participants reporting improved focus, reduced stress, and a better understanding of practical wellbeing techniques. Attendance grew organically, showing strong engagement, and many participants returned for multiple sessions. The community element also helped people build new social connections, which became a key reason for repeat participation.
